It’s almost certainly a scam. Work visas for Australia are strictly restricted to people with skills and experience in occupations in which workers are in demand in Australia and companies can’t simply go around offering jobs to random people. If you didn’t apply for a job with them and if your job isn’t one of the listed ones, forget it and don’t pay anyone any money.

FYI, there are no companies or operating entities listed anywhere in Australia of anything like that name. I’m not talking about simply looking in the phone book, but have referred to the official government website if all Australian companies and legally operating entities.
